Ari Zafari made her move from Las Vegas easy, was quick to communicate, and patiently walked her through many questions before she found the perfect place.

An Amazing Experience with Ari at Apartment Insiders! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ari and our experience with Apartment Insiders! Since we were in New York, we first met with him over Zoom. He was patient, kind, supportive, understanding, and genuinely pleasant to work with from the very beginning. When we flew to Nashville for a very short apartment-hunting trip, Ari had everything organized for us. In that short trip, Bella found a beautiful apartment that she loves, stayed within her budget, and will be only about five minutes from the hospital where she will be working. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Ari wasn't just helping us find an apartment — he helped give us peace of mind. Ari, thank you for your patience, kindness, knowledge, support, and for truly listening to what Bella needed. Apartment Insiders is incredibly lucky to have you. You made the whole process look so easy that by the end I was ready to ask if you were hiring! 😂 Thank you, Ari, for helping Bella find the perfect place to call home. ❤️

Ari was an absolute pleasure to work with, he was extremely efficient and found me EXACTLY what I was looking for, but he also made the interaction feel human and like a friend helping a friend during and after as opposed to an in-and-out service. He made the process so much easier than doing it on my own, and even went above and beyond to contact property managers on my behalf to expedite approval.

I got contacted with Ari through Facebook and he was attentive from the start. Within a week, he had compiled a list of apartments/floorplans that fit within our pre-specified needs/wants (kitchen island, big windows, etc). After our in-person meeting (where we were able to view his list thoroughly with as much time as we wanted) we toured a couple complexes, including our top choice. Throughout the whole process I could tell Ari does his due diligence. He went above and beyond by giving us an unplanned personal tour when the leasing agent wasn't available (he even helped us walk the layout and find where/how far the elevator and parking garage doors would be). Highly recommend them!

I had an amazing experience with Apartment Insiders. The hospitality is unmatched. When I started my search earlier this year I was in contact with Katie. She was aware that I wasn't going to sign at the time, yet still helped me get an idea of where I wanted to live, without pressuring me to sign. A few months later I reached back out and found a beautiful apartment with the help of Ari. Ari showed me multiple options within my budget and clearly addressed my questions and concerns. He was punctual and timely with his responses. I genuinely felt like he cared about my experience. 10/10 would recommend Ari and the people at Apartment Insiders if you're looking for a spot in Nashville!
